At Boundless, we specialise in rope access, the smarter, safer, and more efficient alternative to traditional methods like scaffolding and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs). Where others build towers or roll in heavy machinery, we take the unconventional route: direct, precise, and adaptable.

Our technicians are suspended by harness and rope, able to ascend, descend, and traverse with ease to reach areas that scaffolds and platforms can’t. This approach reduces setup time, minimises disruption, and eliminates the bulk and cost of traditional access systems, without compromising on safety or quality.

In many cases, the work that takes days to prepare with scaffolding can be completed in hours using rope access. That’s not just faster, it’s more sustainable, less intrusive, and often the only option for complex or sensitive environments.

In early 2019, our founder, Tre Hamuera-Ozbolt, was abseiling West Plaza at 1 Albert Street, Auckland, performing an exterior window clean, an experience that would eventually lead him to start Boundless Access.
